• Jans takes home first at Grizzly Pie Invitational (southernminn.com) — Student runners from the Waterville-Elysian-Morristown/JWP co-op, which includes Elysian, turned in strong performances at Thursday’s Grizzly Pie Invitational, highlighted by a first-place boys finish from Wyatt Jans. The boys team placed third overall and the girls finished fourth, with several Elysian-area athletes recording competitive times that local families will want to celebrate.
