• Crash At Eyota Roundabout Sends One Driver To Hospital (kroc.com) — An 18-year-old Goodhue man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after his Nissan collided with a Ford in the Hwy. 14 and Hwy. 42 roundabout in Eyota. The other driver, from Apple Valley, was not hurt, and authorities say both wore seatbelts and alcohol was not a factor.
• Lowest price for premium gas in Olmsted County at $4.89 in week ending Sept. 19 (seminnesotanews.com) — Premium gas prices in Olmsted County recently averaged $5.40 per gallon, with Eyota among the listed cities where drivers saw varying rates around that mark. The report, based on GasBuddy data, highlights how global conflicts, refinery issues, and seasonal demand are driving the higher costs Minnesota drivers are facing.
