We lost our beloved dog, Louie, on Tuesday May 21 at 9:30 in morning. He escaped from our yard. We are on Mississippi St., any information would be so helpful. My 3 children miss him so, please help us bring Louie home. He is black, with white on his nose, paws and chest/neck. He was wearing a blue collar with blue dog bone that had his address, my number on it but it was a bit loose....Please, please, we miss him so much.
