Whatever it is that you have on your mind, it’s important to you, or it wouldn’t be there. Usually we find that the real question is what to do with that thought. The stress that comes along with dealing with your thoughts and ideas can be overwhelming at times. Just remember that you are the one in charge of what goes on in your head. Don’t blow your top! Whether you take that thought and turn it into something positive or let it fester in your brain to you go crazy is up to you. Stay in charge and make the most out of your short time on this orb.
