Your First Showing When Selling Your House Is Online

The most important thing to remember when selling your home is that your first showing is online. Nearly 90 percent of buyers find their home online before scheduling a showing with their Realtor.

Since it takes about 22 showings to sell a home—22 buyers need to like your home enough to want to visit. You don't get a chance to charm them with your neighborhood if they aren't attracted to your home by the photographs.
