A county worker will be available for you to meet with individually regarding Food Support Assistance eligibility. Be sure to bring the following documentation with you;
- Photo ID for adults, birth certificates for children
- Social security numbers for all household members
- Proof of income (pay-stubs for 1-2 months or annual tax statement)
- Proof of housing (lease agreement or mortgage statement)
- Proof of medical costs (for seniors and disabled applicants only)
