Spring time is a time for rebirth this is a great opportunity to try some
yoga classes.
8:30AM class - Hatha (what I called a "gentle" class). Tuesdays and Thursdays
9:45 AM - Vinyasa (what I described as a "flow" class). Tuesdays and Thursdays
6:30 pm -Vinyasa yoga combines breath and postures. Sunday
