Fridley 49er Days Festival

Fun, food, contests, carnival rides, music, all class reunion, magic acts. Something for everyone. Starting with the Run for Fun at 6:20pm and a great parade at 6:30 pm starting at the Fridley High School and a carnival at Medtronic, located at 7000 Central Avenue NE. Friday will have the carnival, bingo, a pizza eating contest, a street dance with the Power of 10, and the Lions beer tent. Saturday features a tennis and sand volleyball tournament, the carnival, beer tent, Kids day from 1pm to 4pm which will have Touch a Truck, crafts, a great magician. Later in the afternoon, a pie baking, bingo, the all class reunion, music by Chris Brooks and the Silver City Boys, another pizza eating contest. Sunday we will have the carnival, a car show, beer tent, Fridley Idol. So pack the kids in the car, bring a lawn chair and an appetite for fun and food and join us all at the Fridley 49er Days Festival. Make sure you all wear sun screen.
