Fridley, MN, Saturday October 12, 2013 – Starting at 10 am and going until 2 pm at the Fridley Community Center, 6085 7th St NE Fridley, MN 55432.
Fridley Community Education and the City of Fridley Recreation Department will be hosting a community wellness fair called Get Fit Fridley. This is the 2nd annual event and we will look to build off of the momentum of last year. This year there will be a special emphasis on events for kids & families such as; Mike Monson Juggler extraordinaire, indoor & outdoor activities, fitness classes, bike safety and a whole lot more.
Get Fit Fridley also has numerous other offerings that are FREE of charge such as; health screenings, hearing screenings, vision screenings, flu shots, fitness classes, health seminars, resource fair, massage demonstrations and so much more! All of these events are at NO COST to attendees. There will also be giveaways and prize drawings which includes a $100 grand prize. The event is made possible by a grant from Allina Health.
