Friday Night Lights: Fridley Football Takes on Irondale Knights

Sporrting a 3-1 record, Fridley High School's varsity football team will host Irondale tonight (Friday, Sept. 27).

The Tigers are coming off of a big 58-39 win last week over Benilde-St. Margaret's.  So far, Fridley has also defeated Zimmerman and St. Louis Park and lost only to Spring Lake Park. 

After Friday's night (Sept. 27), here is the Tigers' remaining schedule:

Friday, Oct. 4-7 p.m. at Robbinsdale Cooper

Friday, Oct. 11-7 p.m. at Orono

Wednesday, Oct. 16-7 p.m. vs. Waseca

The 2013 Minnesota State Football Tournament begins Nov. 7 and concludes with championship games at the Metrodome on Nov. 30.
