The Fridley girls softball team battled Benilde-St. Margaret's  for seven long innings Monday, ending with a final score of 14 to 20 at .

This marked their fourteenth loss in the 2011 regular season. Fridley girls softball has won three games this season.

Fridley's next game is another home game, slated against Chisago Lakes Area on Wednesday May 18, at 4:30 p.m.
