On Monday morning, maybe so. Regular is $2.76 a gallon at the new pumps outside Sam's Club, according to a report from about 8 a.m. at MinnesotaGasPrices.com, which listed Costco in Coon Rapids as offering the same price.
Local gas prices at Patch's Commute feature showed the BP station on East River Road selling regular at $2.86 a gallon.
