Fridley Middle School Recognizes Eighth-graders

Not really a 'graduation' but it was a ceremony.

Fridley Middle School held its annual awards recognition ceremony for the eighth-grade class that will move on to high school next fall.

Two hundred and twenty-nine eighth-graders participated in the ceremony, with a full house of family and friends in attendance.

Principal Margaret Leibfried announced a series of awards, followed by recognition of each student, a slide show and a reception afterwards.
