These are challenging times where things change frequently as health officials learn more about the COVID-19. Please continue to practice the same recommendation for cold and flu prevention:
- Wash hands frequently with soap and water for a minute each time
- Keep children home when they are sick and stay home when you are sick
- Cover coughs and sneezes by coughing/sneezing into your arm (not hands)
- Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands
- Seek appropriate medical care when you or your child is sick
