I got to hug Weird Al (Also NaNoWriMo)

So I know I don't do a lot on this blog. I honestly kind of forget that it exists half the time. But anyway yeah so I went down to Chicago (Joliet, actually) last weekend and saw one of the last Alpocalypse Tour shows. We sat in the second row and then after the concert we went and hung out at the bus waiting for Al to come out. I went first in our little group and asked him for a hug in a voice that was very small and not my own. Weird Al gives the best hugs. I then gave him a drawing I did and had him sign my sketchbook (proudest moment was when I made him laugh at the sketch he signed) and got a picture. 
So naturally my NaNoWriMo novel is Weird Al themed. I'm actually starting up a YA series inspired by Weird Al's music. The first one is going to be Albuquerque and I'm going to write it this November.
