Link: Kate Knuth Aims to Regulate Self-Directed IRAs

The Fridley state rep wants the MN Dept. of Commerce involved.

State Rep. Kate Knuth (DFL-50B), who represents the southeast corner of Fridley, told the Star Tribune she intends to introduce legislation that would require licenses, surety bonds and insurance from currently unregulated IRA administrators.
