LINK: Fridley Schools Send Elementary Expansion Plans to State

The board of Independent School District 14 passed a plan to add space at each of the Fridley district's two elementary schools, the Sun Focus reported, and sent the plan to the the Minnesota Department of Education for approval:

The proposed project, totaling about $3.4 million, will provide at each school five classrooms, two bathrooms, a changing room, a main corridor, a breakout space in the hallway and lockers.
