PHOTOS/DOCUMENTS: Men Charged with Using Knife while Robbing Menards in Fridley

On Friday, prosecutors filed charges against two men police say as they loaded their car.

Police arrested Jeffrey Louis Conley, 26, of northeast Minneapolis, and Russell James Hildebrand, 21, of Fridley.
