It's a grand opening Sunday, 1–4 p.m., at The Landmark of Fridley, 6460 Old Central Ave. NE.
All are welcome to the Grand Opening open house of the city's latest new senior housing, with a sweet surprise promised in each room, as well as prizes.
Many will remember it as the former site of Sandee's—part of the new building borrows the name of the beloved restaurant.
