Totino-Grace Football Rolls over Benilde-St. Margaret's 41-10
The Eagles capitalized on BSM's first-half turnovers and kept momentum to build an insurmountable lead.
The football team traveled to Benilde-St. Margaret's on Friday night and defeated the Red Knights 41-10.
The game was tight in the first quarter, with the Eagles holding a 7-3 lead over BSM. But the Eagles recovered a BSM fumble and a botched kickoff return to put their efficient offense on the field deep in BSM's zone.
Totino-Grace capitalized on BSM's mistakes and held BSM's offense to minimal gains, allowing the Eagles to take a large lead into half time.

It was much of the same in the second half, with the Eagles defense only allowing one BSM touchdown and the Eagles offense clicking. The final score was 41-10.
Totino-Grace (1-1) will host Spring Lake Park next week at home.
