Video: Fridley Native Jarod Palmer Scores His First Goal for Wild
He put one in during the first period of his first Wild game.
In his debut game with the Minnesota Wild, Fridley native Jarod Palmer scored a first-period goal to help his home-state team beat the Edmonton Oilers 4-3 in Alberta to open the exhibition season.
The goal came on a power play.
Palmer told the Star Tribune before the game he felt "lighter than air"
