The second presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney is scheduled for 8 p.m. Central on Tuesday, Oct. 16.

Updated below. After Joe Biden and Paul Ryan sparred during last week's Vice Presidential Debate, the nation's voters are looking forward to President Barack Obama and Gov. Mitt Romney's second debate: a town hall event focusing on foreign and domestic policy.

According to the CPD, "The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which citizens will ask questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues. Candidates each will have two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate a discussion. The town meeting participants will be undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization."
