Where is there more Water? In atmosphere or ground?

Lots of folks get this wrong.

If you look at the USGS Water Science School bar graph, you'll see that ground holds more than 1000 times the water than the atmosphere. (http://ga.water.usgs.gov/edu/earthwherewater.html)
