Ask Questions About Your Property’s Market Value
The annual Open Book meeting gives property owners a chance to discuss the estimated market value of their properties with county and city officials.

Got a question about your property valuation notice? You can ask your questions at the Golden Valley Open Book meeting that takes place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. April 23 at the City Hall Council Chambers.
The city contracts with Hennepin County to provide information about the estimated market value of properties. The Open Book meeting gives property owners a chance to discuss the estimated market value with county and city officials after the property owners receive valuation notices that will be used to determine property taxes due the following year.
For further information, call 763-593-8020 and ask for the Hennepin County Assessor.
