Hey, your 401(k) Buy-and-Hold is Broke

I have had several first-time meetings with individual company retirement plan participants in the last couple of weeks.  One common theme has emerged in almost every meeting.  Individual company retirement plan participants don't have the time or the expertise to properly manage the investment risks in their individual company rtirement plan accounts.
