Calvary Pre-Kindergarten & Hourly Childcare Registering Now for 2017-2018

Two programs of the Calvary Early Childhood Centers, located at 7520 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley, Minn., are now accepting registrations for the 2017-2018 school year. The public is invited to learn more about Calvary Pre-Kindergarten and Calvary Hourly Childcare at an open house set for Tuesday, Feb. 21, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Calvary Pre-Kindergarten offers a variety of preschool class options—both half- and full-day—for ages 2½ to 5. Accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the Evangelical Lutheran Education Association (ELEA), Calvary Pre-Kindergarten prepares children for life tomorrow by honoring where they are today. Based on National Accreditation and Minnesota Early Learning Standards, the school’s curriculum focuses on the development of the whole child—physical, social-emotional, cognitive and spiritual.

Calvary Hourly Childcare provides flexible, part-time childcare for children ages 16 months to 5 years. Registered families may take advantage of call-ahead “drop-in” services and permanent reservations from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, September through May. The center features two classrooms: one geared for toddlers (16 months-32 months), the other for preschoolers.
