“Children’s Books: The Inside Story” - Authors to speak at Covenant Village of Golden Valley

For an inside look at creating an award-winning children’s book, join author David LaRochelle and illustrator Mike Wohnoutka when they present “Children’s Books: The Inside Story,” on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at Covenant Village of Golden Valley, 5800 St. Croix Avenue, N., Golden Valley, Minn.
The duo created This is Not A Cat!, a 2017 Minnesota Book Award finalist. LaRochelle has received numerous awards for his work, including three Minnesota Book Awards, and Wohnoutka has illustrated over 20 books for children and is also a previous Minnesota Book Award winner.
