Election judges make sure elections run fairly and smoothly. These paid officials work at our polling places to protect the rights of voters and certify the balloting results after the polls close. Minnesota law requires at least two election judges from different major political parties conduct certain tasks in the polling place to ensure the integrity of our elections.

The City of Golden Valley is always looking for qualified voters to act as election judges. You’d have to be available 6 am–9 pm Aug 11 and/or Nov 3, 2020. The City provides mandatory paid training.
