AnnapurnaBlue Health &amp; Wellness: A Sanctuary for Renewal AnnapurnaBlue Health &amp; Wellness was created from a simple yet powerful belief: that true healing happens when we care for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. We believe these seasons of life are not endings — they are powerful invitations to rise. Our programs are inclusive, nurturing, and deeply respectful of each individual’s journey. Many participants leave feeling restored, empowered, and connected — not only to themselves, but to a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Stop by King of Grace Lutheran School (6000 Duluth St in Golden Valley) from 10-2 on March 28!Some activities include:FREE Admission Bounce House (FREE) Goodie bags to first 50 kids Crafts/Games Viewing of Hop (start time about 11:30) Scavenger Hunt Prizes/Raffle drawings Vendors/Shopping Balloon Twister ($1/balloon) If you RSVP and check in at the Macaroni Kid table you will receive an extra raffle drawing ticket! Drawing is done every 30 mins (must be present to win). You can purchase more tickets and the money will go towards buying presents for kids who are sick with cancer and in the hospital. Those toys will benefit Pinky Swear Foundation! You are welcome to bring in a new unwrapped toy that would be dropped off at the hospital! Complete the Scavenger Hunt and you will be entered into the grand prize drawing (to be announced)! At 1:30 all children present will get to enter to win a prize! 1 boy and 1 girl winner will be chosen.
