WHAT: As the tax season filing deadline approaches, Humana looks to reduce that stress for Crystal residents by hosting a free tax preparation seminar. The seminar, which is open to the public and led by an experienced H & R Block representative, will cover all the W-4 form basics and ensure that participants have all the information they need when preparing for taxes. INFO: Humana Guidance Centers are places for people to connect with others in the community and learn a holistic approach to health and well-being. Most of the centers’ activities are free and open to anyone in the community. They include social activities, fitness programs, special events, such as crafting courses and healthy cooking classes, and educational seminars focused on nutrition and health condition management led by local experts. The centers are open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Humana Guidance Centers are located across the country and staffed with local Humana sales and service personnel.
