Golden Valley Asks Residents To Comment On Narrow Lots Proposal

Comments received before July 16 will be included in the July 21 Planning Commission meeting agenda.

After months of research and gathering of public input, the City’s Planning Commission is prepared to make a recommendation to the City Council on zoning code changes regarding narrow lots. The Council will discuss the issue and hold a public hearing at its July 21 regular meeting, although residents are encouraged to share public testimony electronically before the meeting.

To submit testimony to the Golden Valley City Council in lieu of participating in the public hearing July 21, please complete this form. Similar to participating in a public hearing, the City is asking residents to include their full name and address to be included in the public record. Comments received before Wed, July 16 will be included in the July 21 Planning Commission meeting agenda.
