Golden Valley City Addressing Sod Issues Related To 2019 Pavement Management Program

All sod complaints need to be submitted by August 20.

The City is aware of many ongoing issues with the sod that was installed late last fall on the 2019 Pavement Management Program (PMP). Beginning Wed, Aug 12, City staff along with the contractor will be walking door to door in the Phase 2 project area to discuss potential sod issues with homeowners and identify areas that need replacement.

Following Minnesota Department of Health guidelines to slow the spread of COVID-19, all discussions will occur outdoors, City staff and the contractor will wear masks during the meeting, and maintain social distancing at all times. The City asks residents do the same.
