Golden Valley Fire Department Praised For American Lung Association Fundraising Efforts

The Golden Valley Fire Department was recently profiled by the American Lung Association for its participation and large fundraising efforts in the annual Fight For Air Climb.

The Fight For Air Climb is one of the American Lung Association’s signature fundraising events where participants raise money per flight of stairs they climb. In its 13-year participation in the event, the GVFD has raised over $100,000 and currently holds the record for top fundraising fire department in the state.
