Golden Valley Runners Finish Grandma's Marathon

A look at the local folks that crossed the finish line this weekend in Duluth.

One of the most popular Minnesota marathons took place this weekend. Grandma’s marathon draws thousand of athletes from all over world. The scenic run from Two Harbors to Duluth started back in 1976 with just 150 runners, now more than 17,000 people come out to participate in one of three racing events. This year, several Golden Valley runners were among the 5,787 marathon finishers. Here’s a look at the local runners, their ages and their race times.
