Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. Here's what we know about RAGBRAI, or the (Des Moines) Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa: Lots of you out there are headed to Iowa for the annual "Mardi Gras on Wheels," a 450-mile bike ride across the rolling hills and flatlands of the Hawkeye State. Patch is going along for the ride. In addition to riders, we'll have a support vehicle chugging across Iowa and making stops in meeting towns and overnight cities across the route. We plan to feed our Patchers in the overnight towns, and we'll have water and charging stations available throughout the ride and computers available to send your photos back home. Are you going?
