How It Works
- Place your items on hold on the Hennepin County Library website while selected a location that offers curbside pick up (see above). Customers will be notified by phone or email when the item is ready.
- Call the library and say you’re ready to pick up your items. You’ll need your library card barcode number when calling.
- Go to your pick-up location and your items will be in a bag outside of the building for contactless pick-up. Each bag will be labeled with a number that corresponds to your library card. Find your number and take your items.
Checked out materials will not be accepted until after libraries open. Due dates will extend to three weeks after libraries open.
The curbside service is available Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm.
