In Honor of Veterans Day

An award-winning performance of America's 26th President Teddy Roosevelt at Covenant Village of Golden Valley

Covenant Village of Golden Valley, a faith-based, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community administered by Covenant Retirement Communities, will celebrate Veterans Day with a portrayal of America’s 26th president Theodore “Teddy” Roosevelt. The performance entitled “Teddy Roosevelt: An American,” will take place Tuesday, Nov. 11, at 10 a.m.

Minnesotan Adam Lindquist’s award-winning portrayal of Teddy Roosevelt will provide an entertaining peek into the humor, foresight and energy of one of America’s most endearing, popular presidents ever to serve in the Chief Executive Office.

With an uncanny resemblance of Roosevelt, Lindquist has spent countless hours perfecting the mannerism and voice of the 26th president. His impersonation and living history representation of Roosevelt earned him first place in a national competition three years in a row, and in 2013 he earned a perfect score for his portrayal.
