Ice Rinks Will Be Open This Year In City Of Golden Valley
In lieu of warming houses, the City will keep benches and portable toilets on site and lights will be turned on from 3–9 pm daily.

Due to COVID-19, the City of Golden Valley will not open warming houses for the 2020-21 skating season, but rinks will still be maintained at all usual locations.

In lieu of warming houses, the City will keep benches and portable toilets on site and lights will be turned on from 3–9 pm daily. The City asks residents to maintain social distancing measures while using the skating rinks.
Skating rinks are typically ready by late December and are cleaned and resurfaced Monday through Friday and cleaned on Saturday mornings, depending on weather conditions. Rinks typically close for the season in mid-February.
