Meadowbrook Elementary School: Filing Period Open For Hopkins School Board Until August 10

Are you interested in bringing our Vision 2031 to life for our families and scholars? We need your voice, energy and talent on the Hopkins School Board. You will be integral to helping us implement Vision 2031 and ensuring that all of our 7,000 Prek-12 scholars are inspired to reach their full potential.

All candidates must file between July 27 and Aug. 10 at Hopkins Public Schools' district offices (1001 Highway 7, Hopkins). Terms of three School Board members will expire at the end of December - Fartun Ahmed, Jen Bouchard, and John Kuhl.

To be eligible to run for the School Board, candidates must be:

• at least 21 years of age
• an eligible voter
• a resident who has lived in the Hopkins Public Schools District for at least 30 days
