More Robbinsdale Area Schools students advance to National Speech Debate Association National Tournament
Two more students from Robbinsdale Area Schools will be joining Cooper High School freshman David Necas at national tournament.

Two more students from Robbinsdale Area Schools will be joining Cooper High School freshman David Necas at the 2015 National Speech Debate Association National Tournament, which meets June 14-19 in Dallas.
· Cooper sophomore Michael White will compete in Congressional Senate Debate. He will join 12 other students from across the state and represent Minnesota.
· Robbinsdale Middle School seventh-grader Bethany Brynteson will compete in middle-school Lincoln-Douglas Debate. Her advancement is due to a combination of her record throughout the year, Cooper High School qualifying, and her good grades.

Necas, who qualified earlier this year, will compete in Lincoln-Douglas Debate.
“It’s really exciting to see all of the hard work we put into this season is paying off with multiple students attending the national tournament this summer,” said team coach DJ Brynteson. “The future of the Robbinsdale Debate team looks very promising.”
