New Hope Farmers Market - Sponsorship

The New Hope Community Farmers Market is a 501(3) C nonprofit organization. The only income the Market receives is from vendor booth fees. In order to run the Market, we must pay for liability insurance, garbage removal, bathroom facilities, youth workers for set up and teardown of the weekly market and a POD for storage. In addition, we have special event days for the community including Family Day, Health and Wellness Day, a Car Show and Fall Festival. We also have live music featuring local musicians, features for kids, including face painters, clowns and magicians from the community, all of whom are paid a fee. The Market also funds its own marketing plan which includes signage, printing for posters and local flyers as well as mass mailings to advertise what’s going on at the market. We are seeking sponsors to be featured for a week at the market or sponsor a special event day to defray some of the costs associated with keeping the market open.
