Former FBI agent to share tips during educational seminar at Covenant Village of Golden Valley

Identity theft and financial scams are a big and ever growing business. Former FBI agent and private investigator Tom Rucke will explain how to protect yourself and your finances during an educational seminar for senior adults and their caregivers on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Covenant Village of Golden Valley, 5800 St. Croix Ave. N., Golden Valley, Minn.

During the free presentation, Rucke will educate seniors about the latest scams, Internet schemes, fraudulent mail and bogus contractors. He’ll explain which red flags to look for and how to lower your chances of becoming a victim.
