Community Invited to Children's Vacation Bible School & Summer Music Camp

Signs of spring today remind us to plan now for the summer ahead! With that in mind, Calvary Lutheran Church, Golden Valley, Minn., invites the community to participate in its upcoming summer day camps for kids taking place at 7520 Golden Valley Road.

“Deep Sea Discovery,” a Vacation Bible School experience, will run for two sessions. The first session geared for ages 3½ years old through Kindergarten will occur June 5-9 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. daily. The second session for ages 4½ years old through completed grade 5 will take place June 12-16 from 9:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. each day.

Through "Deep Sea Discovery," kids will know God is always with them, explore God's presence in their lives and serve God by serving others. Activities will include stories, music, games and projects that will help kids dive into the Bible and claim its promises for life.

Guests must use their wits as they encounter clues along the way.
