Residents 16+ Can Sign Up For Hopkins Vaccine Clinic This Weekend In Golden Valley

Gethsemane Lutheran Church (715 Minnetonka Mills Rd, Hopkins) is hosting a vaccine clinic put on by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and FEMA Sunday, May 2 (first dose) and Sunday, May 23 (second dose) for residents 16 years and older.

• First dose: Sunday, May 2, 1–4 pm
• Second dose: Sunday, May 23, 1–4 pm (scheduled when you check in for your first dose)
• Open to anyone age 16 and older
• No cost
• COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine
• No insurance or ID required, but bring your insurance card and/or ID if you have one

Sign up here. Registration is a two-step process. After you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with a unique follow-up link that you will use to provide demographic information and schedule a time slot.
