Robbinsdale Armstrong Baseball Wins One, Loses One
The Robbinsdale Armstrong baseball team first defeated Hopkins 5-1, but then lost 7-4 to Bloomington Kennedy
The Robbinsdale Armstrong team played in the Section 6AAA baseball tournament on Thursday. Armstrong, the No. 1 seed, first played Hopkins at Alimagnet Park in Burnsville. The Falcons came away with a 5-1 victory in that game. They then faced Bloomington Kennedy to stay in the winner's bracket. The Falcons fell behind and eventually lost the game 7-4. The team will now face Hopkins in an elimination game at 4:30 on June 7 at Parade Stadium.
