Robbinsdale Armstrong's season ended in a 7-0 loss Thursday night to Benilde-St. Margaret's in 6AA boy's hockey sectional.
With a season record of 12-13-1, Armstrong was a 6th-seed going into sectionals.
The 3rd-seeded Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights overwhelmed Robbinsdale Armstrong at the and advanced to the semifinals on Saturday.
Goalie Michael Greenbeerg had a busy night for the Falcons, stopping 33 of 40 shots, but the Knights' Anders Jecha earned the shutout by stopping all nine Armstrong shots.
