With three top-10 individual finishes, the Robbinsdale Armstrong girls cross-country team took second at the Rum river Invitational in Anoka on Thursday.

Emily Knapczyk led the Falcons with a second-place run of 15 minutes, 19 seconds. Anna Machbor took third in 15:23 and Melissa Cabak came in fifth in 15:37.

The Armstrong boys cross-country team finished eighth at the Rum River Invite, as Nathan Comer paced the Falcons on the 5,000-meter course with a 14th-place finish of 17:25.
