Founded by Deborah Peteler, AnnapurnaBlue offers transformative wellness retreats and programs designed for individuals navigating life transitions, health challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal reinvention. With over 30 years of experience in trauma-informed care and holistic wellness practices, Deborah blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches to create safe, supportive environments where real healing can take place. Our retreats — held both locally in Minnesota and internationally — are intentionally designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through gentle Qigong movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, mindset sessions, and meaningful group dialogue, participants gain tools to manage stress, navigate change, and build emotional resilience. AnnapurnaBlue is especially supportive of women ages 35–70+ navigating grief, life-altering illness, menopause, empty nesting, career transitions, and other profound shifts. Golden Valley's <a href="http://http://www.goldenvalleymn.gov/hra/index.php" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Housing and Redevelopment Authority</a> signed off on the Three.Nine.Four apartment and senior housing complex last week, <a href="http://www.bizjournals.com/twincities/blog/real_estate/2013/06/the-394-apartment-project-moves-forward.html" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal reported</a>. The project at the northwest corner of Highway 100 and Interstate 394 will bring 314 market-rate units to Golden Valley. Project planners envision it as a buffer between the interstate and residential areas. But nearby Circle Down residents worried that the project could <a href="https://goldenvalley.patch.com/groups/politics-and-elections/p/neighbors-still-worried-about-violent-change-coming-t85e6b13ce9" rel="noopener" target="_blank">bring "violent change" to the area.</a> Developers have been working with the City of Golden Valley on this project for about five years, <a href="https://goldenvalley.patch.com/groups/politics-and-elections/p/preview-public-hearing-on-three-nine-four-apartment-s9a80be81cd" rel="noopener" target="_blank">according to council documents</a>.
