This morning I took the truck to Gregg and Jim's for an oil change and a new battery. During the time I sat in the lobby it was an opportunity to talk to Gregg and Jim about the city of Golden Valley and the changes they have seen. They are going to be seeing some major changes in the near future because of the Douglas Drive corridor project. While waiting for the work to be finished I met a couple of the regulars that fill up at Gregg and Jim's and one women said to me she recognized me from the candidate forum and that her and her husband had already cast their vote for me and she wished me luck. I was honored to have earned their vote.
