Virtual Open House For Hwy 55 Trail Project Now On Golden Valley City Website

A virtual open house is now available on the City website for the proposed Hwy 55 Trail Project that will be completed in conjunction with a Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) resurfacing project scheduled for 2021. Residents are encouraged to watch the short video and share feedback through an online comment form.

The multi use trail will be constructed along the south side of Hwy 55 between Winnetka Ave and Glenwood Ave. After construction is completed, the trail will become the City’s to own and maintain. Construction could begin as early as spring 2021.
